How We Go On Now Symposium

Kate Davis and Faith Wilding

Location: Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA)
350 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3JD
Opening times

11:30am-9pm

To coincide with the exhibition ’ The Long Loch: How Do We Go On From Here?’ by Kate Davis and Faith Wilding, the CCA will host this one-day symposium, ‘How We Go On Now’.

The symposium will draw together a range of international feminist voices to question how we dream and desire to go on in the future in relation to a feminist heritage.

The day includes presentations by guest speakers Dr Irina Aristarkhova (US) and Elizabeth Zvonar (CAN), a selection of short international feminist films and a live performance (details of which are still to be confirmed). A round table discussion with Faith Wilding, Kate Davis, Irina Aristarkhova, Elizabeth Zvonar and Alexandra Kokoli will also discuss the possibilities of political love and radical hospitality in a feminist landscape.
