PROJECTOR /DIRECTOR
A series of automated slide projections that explore the fragmentation of time, narrative and the image.

EIGHT HOURS WORK>PLAY>REST
24 hour project involving a workshop, symposium and free space to facilitate a response and re-address the disparity between artistic labour and precarious labour.

PIPE INTERNATIONAL & TEMPORARY ART SCHOOL (T.A.S)
Two days of talks, lectures, discussions, seminars- anti-cuts and artist activist speakers,  around the role of art and politics and its effect on society. 
Beth Dynowski presents documentation from temporary art school aberdeen (March 2012), and a day of discussion with key note speakers on the politics of self organized models of education and their increasing importance to the future of contemporary art practice.

FERAL CHOIR (SOUND WORKSHOP)
An artist led feral choir workshop exploring non-verbal vocalisation; singing without words and freedom from speech. No previous experience required or desired.

G.O.D.S DANCE WORKSHOP
Glasgow Open Dance School provides a space where people can learn, teach and partake in movement related workshops for free. We will be holding a one day off site movement workshop. For G.O.D.S’ movement begins with the body, to de intellectualise by listening acutely to the body; the collective body and your individual body.

PIPE MAKING WORKSHOP

OK-YUH-PAHY
ok-yuh-pahy is a performance event curated by artists Ashanti Harris & Emily Ilett. This day-long event will occupy the contrasting spaces of The Pipe factory and will comprise of site-specific pieces from both Glasgow-based and international artists. The programme will present a dialogue between a number of works taking place throughout the day including durational and process-based performance, absurdist and spectacular performance, and performative sculpture, dance, process and ritual.

A SLEEPING CINEMA
A film screening of first and second wave Surrealist film and cinema which actively encourages the viewers lapse into sleep. Featuring the work of both recognized Surrealists and their successors.

OPEN DISCONCERTED
A day of critique open discussion,informal lectures, and amateur psychoanalysis for those a tad disconcerted.

LIFE AS WE KNOW IT (END EVENT)
Six interpretations of the end of our world, each one a symbiotic collaboration between Glasgow-based artists and musicians producing sonically and visually stimulating artwork.

A SERIES OF SHORT LIVED HAPPENINGS
For a series of short lived actions, artists both from the pipe factory Glasgow and abroad have be asked to produce and/or perform a series of very momentary interventions, in areas across the city.

WE’RE ON THE ROAD TO NOWHERE
A truck is driven around Glasgow during the festival.

DRIPPING
Time based sculpture marking the duration of the festival. Like an hourglass, caramel will slowly turn from solid to liquid, oozing out of its structure, quietly marking the progression of the festival.

THE GHOST OF RIJIKT-TIRAVANJA-META-CLARK PRESENT:
COLEUR CAFE
A Cafe that is themed around 60s Paris, the world of food innuendo and Serge Gainsbourg’s song ‘coleur cafe’. Open throughout the festival with service from yeye girls and Serge Gainsbourg look-a-likes.

A FUTURIST MEAL
A meal and sculptural dining experience inspired by the history of futurism and prepared along the lines set out in the futurist cookbook.
